The Story Behind HEG
Carlos L. Hernandez founded Hernandez Elite Guardians LLC in 2025, building the company around principles developed through years of experience serving and working with people in demanding environments.
Born and raised in Cuba, Carlos trained in healthcare before moving to Miami in 2011. His professional experience includes healthcare, home health, warehouse operations, and security work at the Port of Miami.
Those experiences shaped his understanding of responsibility, communication, situational awareness, and the importance of remaining calm and professional when people depend on you.
When Carlos founded HEG, he brought those principles into the security industry with a clear objective: build a company where professionalism, accountability, communication, and respect are part of the service — not simply words on a website.
Security is about protecting people and property while treating everyone with professionalism and respect.
